Senior Sales Representative
- Reporting to the Managing Director your role as a Senior Sales Representative will be to manage an existing client base and drive the development of new opportunities in client channels. You will be dealing with clients from small to medium sized business on a daily basis, cold calling and building up genuine business partnerships. The key to this role is taking an educational approach to our market research products as well as having the ability to find solutions to our client’s challenges.
- To succeed in this role you will possess a proven sales background, be able to build strong client relationships and be an excellent networker. Furthermore, you will be able to communicate in senior levels of an organisation. A background in solution selling is a must.

Details of the role include:
• Communicating effectively with existing and new clients through efficient utilization of a CRM based sales pipeline
• Promotion of the brand and all associated products
• Education of existing and potential clients on market research
• Constructing appropriate solutions for the client, and selling the client the solution face to face
• Developing and maintaining relationships with decision makers throughout target organisations
• Working with the marketing team to adapt products, promotions and campaigns to drive sales
• Managing all offline marketing campaigns including news letters
• Maintaining records of phone calls, emails and meetings through understanding of CRM software
• Attending meetings, networking functions, expos and trade shows with interstate travel required

Background Requirements:
• Experience in a business to business sales role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in building and growing client relationships with senior executives
• Experience creating urgency in a sales process
• Experience in consultative selling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tertiary qualified
- The primary qualification for consideration for this role is a proven track record of sales among corporate or organizational decision makers of at least five years. In-depth knowledge of the franchising industry is not an absolute essential, but if you had experience in this or similar business models it would certainly be an advantage. You should have a consultative, problem-solving, professional demeanour with the ability to think on your feet and communicate solutions clearly and effectively.
