Our site uses forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor’s contact information (like their email address). Contact information from our form is used to send requested information to our customers.

Any information collected from the visitor is only used by 10 THOUSAND FEET for the purpose described in this privacy policy. We never sell, rent or otherwise disclose this information to unrelated third parties.

In relation to 10 THOUSAND FEET Surveys:

10 THOUSAND FEET conducts email, phone and face to face surveys. If you have participated in a survey, the purpose of the survey and use of the information you supply are clearly stated in relation to each individual survey at the time.

The personal information we collect from you via the survey is either deleted after we complete the survey or stored for future analysis purposes and/or only passed on to the specific Client commissioning the survey if you have clearly given your consent. If the information you supply is stored by 10 THOUSAND FEET, you can access it on request.

General Information:

For our surveys, we have two different survey tools. For one of them all data that is stored is stored on servers located in Australia, for the other, data is stored on a third party, Tier 1 data centre service provider, ViaWest, in Colorado in the USA.

For clients of 10 THOUSAND FEET, the CRM solution we use is hosted in the USA via a third party, Tier 1 data centre, AWS Amazon Web Services.
