About Fitness Enhancement Personal Training

Fitness Enhancement provide a range of personal training and group training services to clients across Australia. They have studios as well as mobile personal trainers that come to you and are NDIS service providers (via their sub brand Fit Your Ability), keeping Australians fit and achieving their health goals.

Fitness Enhancement provides services across over 2000 postcodes in Australia. Despite this, in an industry with strong players it is a relatively smaller brand.

In order to grow and attract and convert potential team members, Fitness Enhancement wanted to showcase what it had anecdotally felt was a highly engaged team of employees and franchisees.

We then entered Fitness Enhancement into our Topfranchise Lifestyle Award see topfranchise.com.au and the 10 THOUSAND FEET AUSactive Employer of Choice Awards.

Result

Amongst a strong field of entrants into our awards programs Fitness Enhancement shone in their employee engagement and in providing their franchisees a great lifestyle. Taking out the Multi-location Employer of Choice Awards at the AUSactive Gala Event and seventh place in the Topfranchise Lifestyle Awards.

These awards provided objective credibility for the brand and have been directly attributed to growth for Fitness Enhancement.
